  • How long did it take you to build? Any hand machining or all CNC?

  • @paullubliner It was built by Paul Huntington, all of it is good old-fashioned hand machining. Everything is made from scratch except for the drivers (bought as rough castings that required finish machining and assembling on the axles) and the pressure gauge. I believe it took him about a year and a half to build it.

  • Coal- or Butane-fired??

  • @paullubliner Glad to hear that. If he'd have done the drivers from scratch, there'd have been no compromises at all! Even down to spoke cross section, my personal pet peeve.
