@SqueezeThisPlease goggles arent to block the sun in most cases, they are to block the wind. It is a real pain to go skiing or snowboarding and have all that wind right in your eyes, especcially if you wear contacts.

@SqueezeThisPlease snow-blindness. think of sunlight on the whitest thing possible, and than think of the lights needed for lighting an arena or slope like that, and apply it to the same whitest thing possible.
