This is what my boyfriend & I go through out everyday with our two lovable siamese cats :o)
Their names are Pharaoh (4 yrs. old) "The BIG BOY" seal point & Athena (2 yrs. old) "Pretty Girl" blue-lilac point

Gorgeous cats. Are they vocal  whole day? I'm planning to get one, but whole day of meowing could be too much for me.

They are really gorgeous & adorable cats.ours are not vocal all day only when its time for them to get fed, we don't leave food out because Pharaoh~big Boy (seal point ) will eat until he pukes,so they know when its time to eat =). Athena~pretty Girl(blue lilac point) she meows when she's bored & wants to play.she's our meower...she answers back at you

my cat is half breed siamese..but she is getting real fat...anyone know the best food to feed her and how much ill be feeding her in her bowl???

@goizeko  We give them 1/4 cup of wet at 4pm & 1/4 cup of dry at 10pm. Hope this helps =)

This is so cute, but you should really have wet food for them too, the oils are important for them and their skin.

We actually give them both dry & wet...that is just their first meal :0) & on their wet they have their oil (Omega 3-6-9) & white powder cheese (denta treat)

My kitty is only half Siamese but I get the same "I'M HUNGRY MOMMY!" song sung to me everyday at 8:30am and 5:30pm. The song is even louder and more annoying since I switched her to a no carb food. Go figure.

I came here to see Siamese kitties because I miss my boy, he lived to be 4yrs young, and we called him Puddybear, he was a Teddy Bear Seal Point type of Siamese mix. He was a real looker, and had a stockier look than typical Siamese. He wasn't very vocal, which I thought was different. He smurgled though. And he got to go outside an would stalk us when we went outside, real cute, would jump real high and pounce. I miss him. Enjoy yours too.

@jazu40 i think it´s pretty much about cats character.. My siamese talks when i come home from work or from jogging etc.. She is very social and into any guests who comes to my place.. I recommend a siamese cat if you want a social and talking cat :)

@goizeko The other thing you might try is feeding 1/2-3/4 an can wet food twice a day and no more dry food. Our vet told us that the wet food is lower in carbs that can make cats fat and it's higher in protein. Get the "patte style" which looks like a hocky puck when you open the can. The "in grav"y kinds can also be high in fats and carbs. Feeding 1/2 a can twice a day, we got my old Siamese down from 20 lbs (fat) to 14lbs. He started jumping again and his fur was much sleeker.

@goieko my vet suggested for a diet for my kitties is feeding them small portions (1/8 to 1/4 cup) 3 times a day.  Talk with your vet. He/She will suggest a good diet plan based on the makeup of your kitty.

@jazu40: I have a male 10 year old Siamese. He's not nearly as loud as these beautiful kitties are in this video. The only time he's really vocal is when he, sometimes, roams the house at night and meows as if he's searching for something. He meows with a question mark at the end. The other times he meows a lot is when I am patting him and suddenly stop. Siamese are fantastically loving animals.
