  • Hey! Is it ok to use in metal band with playback drums? Two guitars, bass and vocal. We just want to play drums from the iPod... is it convinient to use in that case?

  • @MrPraesepe Sure... and Yes. :)

  • huh?

  • how to run two different mixes into one transmitter?

  • @after11tv There is two inputs in the back. You run each line into the appropriate input.

  • @ToOlOGT22 Also, In large stages, you really can't use stage monitors to follow the music at all (although they can be used) simply because of the delay you will have between what you play and what you ear, coming from the stage or audience speakers, is too big.

You will hear the venue feedback sound from the audience and stage speakers with a huge delay, that can mess with your ability to sync with the music being played at the right time. So with a in-ear monitor the music travels with you.

  • @ToOlOGT22 It depends on the situation. Sometimes stage monitors is better other times it's better of with in-ear monitors.

It depends on the sound you can hear at the stage or at the venue and to some extent, personal preference.

With in ear monitors you will cut-off some of the live sound you get when using stage monitors (live audience, reverb of the venue, stage, etc.). Using an In-ear monitor, you can more-or-less control what you hear and the volume level you want to hear it.

  • why do some people prefer stage monitors to in ear monitors and vice versa?
