The power delivery between the two bikes is completely different because a 4 stroke fires once every 4 cycles and a 2 stroke fires once in every two cycles. The 2 stroke effectively makes more power because of this but the full power is typically developed high in the rev range and in a narrow band. The two stroke doe not have a wet sump because the engine bearings are lubricated by the two stroke oil that's supplied with the fuel. A four stroke has a wet sump and the oil lubes the engine.
