Wild ARMs 4 Raquel solo - Hugo

This is a segment from my Raquel solo run. The rules are as follows:

-Characters other than Raquel can only Guard.
-Characters other than Raquel must be under level 10 (this is done by equipping the Monopoly Gourd on Raquel).
-Characters other than Raquel must use their initial equipment. No Alter Parts may be used for Jude's ARM.
-No items that can be only gotten through New Game+ carry overs can be used.

This is done on New Game+ only to have access to the Monopoly Gourd to keep other characters' levels in check. Nothing carried over from the previous playthrough will be used.

This is the fight against Hugo, the fourth member of Brionac. He appears at the end of Cerulean Tunnel.

His special skill in battle is System Chronos, which allows him to move to another hex when you try to attack him. There are a number of ways around this, but only one applies to Raquel: Evil Blossom. If Evil Blossom is used from the center hex, it will hit all of the hexes, meaning Hugo cannot escape its range. Unfortunately, Evil Blossom doesn't do too much damage and Hugo is fast, so this battle is actually pretty difficult.

If anyone's curious, the reason why I use the Soul Taker weapon here is for the HIT boost. Since weapons don't affect skill damage, this is the best one to use.

Soul Taker - 795 ATP, 1.5 ACN, +5 HIT
Moon Wall - 360 DFP, 335 MGR, +10 EVA
