@volhead49 The hair was ENTWINED in the knot of the shoe string used to bind that child. There was NO evidence whatsoever that any of those three men were at the scene of the crime. They were scapegoats for the prosecution who were under pressure to arrest someone (unfortunately, innocents! And the prosecution will never admit wrong doing. Shameful!).

@myfamilynme the evidence doesnt point to one man bc its possible for the DNA fiber they found to be from living with that person. one thing that threw me off was that another hair was found possibly matching david jacoby but you gotta realise that they searched for the boys all night and were right on top of the boys and didnt know it bc the boys were all submerged under water. lots of ppl were out there including the one that the hair could possibly belong to.

GUILTY! damien and his ex gf tried to have a baby so they could sacrifice it. i dont care what iq jessie has, its obvious by watching one of the documentaries or listening to one of the 3 confessions he made that hes not stupid enough to make up a lie and put 3 innocent ppl in prison, including himself .1 pressured brow beaten confession maybe, but not 3 differnt times. they sacraficed those boys for so called power they get from drinking the blood.damien is documented sucking blood from others.

I think they were railroaded as well. IMO the state realized that as the evidence really came out that they would be able to prove that they weren't guilty. I think by having them come to this plea bargain it lets the state off from being sued by the 3 men who spent 18 years of their life in prison.

Glad to hear that they are freed but ultimately upset that they lost 18 years of their life and will get nothing out of being wrongly convicted.
