Iran would have won the war quickly if not for the Ayatollah Khomeini purging the military of experienced officers and pilots. Thousands were executed and when Saddam attacked, the iranian military was almost completely gutted. So they ended up using untrained volunteers for frontline troops.

iranian balls are the biggest.we fought iraq and 44 countries who where helping iraq,including 12 arab countries who sent sodiers to help their arab brother country.we had so many egyptians and sudanies and palestinians and jurdinians who became the prisoner of war.
