Max Ice Spear Chain.

There is a maximum of 16 freezes with a 5 charge ice spear. 4 will yield 10 freezes, 3 yields 8, 2 yields 6, and a single charge yields 5.
The average damage decreases from 1.9k to 1.1k on the first to second freeze, then it decreases to 900, then 700, 600, 500 and so forth on average. Do note the largest difference is the first to second freeze. and the damage goes down to the 60s when finaly things stop freezing after they die.
This was done during the Mari spawn lag.
