When it comes to Indigenous issues CBC has a poor track record! CBC tends to downplay various issues, rather than capture the political violations on part of the federal government and mining company, CBC rather dramatizes the topic. CBC is not objective whatsoever...CBC is after all a Crown Corporation.

Gee - they completely left out the Ontario Mining Act that the Premier promised to review on account of how it allows prospectors free entry to private _and_ Crown land, to bulldoze, trench, drill, and blast without permission, or even just providing notice, never mind, say, and environmental assessment.
