Did you ever think that during the transition from adelphia to time warner, that this would happen? I went through the same problem, not happening anymore

Adelphia had rude tech support, rude customer service, and rude technicians, I'm glad they're gone! TWC was slightly better but nobody's perfect. btw I'm cable-less and proud of it! Thank YOU YOUtube!

listen, what makes you think it's your cable provider? maybe it's the bad wiring in your crappy apartment. maybe you should dish out the money for a nicer place if you want amenities that work.

@nukem419 I don't live in an apartment, the cabling was new and was installed by TWC. Maybe you should realize that TWC is far from perfect . . .

I appreciate all the polite, constructive comments . . . . I went out of my way to post this video so others might benefit.
The technical problem has, for now, almost completely subsided. I am quite satisfied with the content delivery. Still, as a recent call I made to TWC customer service reveals, TWC still has some way to go towards improving their customer service experience.
