Most people don't eat enough protein to get rid of love handles and burn their waist fat. Protein is widely misunderstood and the benefits of lean protein on a healthy diet are largely overlooked. A great pity, because protein is likely to be the most important food that you are not getting enough of.

  • Really? So after all that working out that I do and all that healthy eating that I do and the cardio as well. It's because my body is not getting enough protein. I guess the very last place the protein goes to is the stomach. Then it's obvious that I wasn't eating enough protein. Cool. Thanks.
