Thanks, I have a few mods on this Hawk its running 663 pistons and stage 3 jet kit. Factory Pro shift kit and the Rad it has a the moment is from a Radian (thicker and bigger) seems to do well though I'm not running a fan.
The Honda Hawk GT 650 was my first Street bike and first race bike, I sold mine to a friend with all the race extras for $800 bucks. You may want to look into using a radiator from an F2, or an older 900 RR if you have had any motor work done to it. Those little Hawk radiators did not handle the heat from extra motor work that well.
Yup, back then it was running like crap, and the pipe had no packing in it, it was loud and just wrong, since then the bottom end has been redone and new two brothers headers and a up swept Vance exhaust can, and along with some track time and tuning....it runs amazing now.
