Designer Nate Berkus says the most treasured items in his home are two photographs given to him by the love of his life, photographer Fernando Bengoechea. Fernando gave them to Nate just before he lost his life in the 2004 tsunami. In this Breathing Space, spend some time in California's Joshua Tree National Park—the inspiration behind Fernando's photos—and think about the things that matter in your life.
