From the 1992 New Hampshire primary, a drunken bum comes up to Hillary and team Clinton swings into action, promising that the candidate will look out for the economically disadvantaged. The bum just wants a dollar. This raw footage sent by a local affiliate via satelite was used in the 1992 documentary "Feed."
