very informative video. I started a cleanse of a different brand. Intinally i wanted this one but PRICE was an issue. If the cleanse im using doesnt work then i'll definitely check this one out. Thnx :)

@ LESAM7578, No I didn't shed any of my lining or Mucoid Plaque when doing these programs. Although other waste materials and old matter did come out. After a while I no longer looked in the bowl for fear of what I might see LOL.
