Leica should incorporate collars around the buttons on the rear of the body as exists on the lens release button. It would be a harmonious design solution to prevent accidental settings changes if the camera is worn around the neck and the buttons are pressed by objects on clothing or other elements that can activate unintended changes in the menu.
