Los Chefs Carlos Milan y Esther Bedmar nos presentan un plato especial para Goohlftv. Ambos son colaboradores de la gran chef Carme Ruscalleda. Cuando Carme abrió su restaurante en Tokio, no dudó en contar con ellos, pero también han pasado por otras muchas cocinas de referencia, como la del Restaurante Mugaritz, Martín Berasategui, Racó de´n Freixa o Via Beneto.
