Elizabeth Taylor Dead at 79

After being hospitalized since February 10th, screen legend Elizabeth Taylor passed away of congestive heart failure. After a long battle fighting heart problems, she died at 1:28am at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. While in recent weeks her reps were optimistic she would return to her home her health took a turn for the worse. Taylor was a two-time Oscar winner and according to her rep she was surrounded by her children at the time of her death. Taylor was 79 years old.

It has been reported that Donald Trump is seriously considering a 2012 presidential bid. He took some time to promote "Celebrity Apprentice" on "The View" today but it was politics that became the topic of conversation. During his appearance he stated he questioned why President Barack Obama has failed to show a birth certificate. He explained he felt Obama was hiding something because he could answer any doubts by showing the certificate. As the discussion became more heated Barbara Walters tried to change the subject.

Chris Brown Will Perform on Dancing With The Stars

After Chris Brown trashed his dressing room and broke a window following an interview on Good Morning America there had been a lot of speculation if the singer would still be performing Tuesday night as planned. According to reports Chris Brown has said unless he is told otherwise he will show up as planned. Earlier today we reported that ABC will not be pressing charges stemming from the incident and Robin Roberts said today he would be welcomed back to the show. After everything that has been said and done it looks as if his scheduled performance is still on.

Lindsay Lohan Does Not Accept Plea Deal
Today was the day Lindsay Lohan had to decide if she would accept a plea deal on charges stemming from the alleged theft of a $2500 necklace. If she accepted the plea not only would she face jail time she would have to go on probation for another three years. Well according to TMZ Lohan decided not to accept the deal and will now appear in court on April 22 at a preliminary hearing. Her decision could be risky. At that hearing if she is found to be in violation of her probation she could be sent to jail. If the judge decides to wait until after the trial to determine if she violated her probation she could get off the hook if she is found not guilty. If Lohan is found guilty she will face prison time.
