I would like for you to explain to us (AK) how you can call a bag of "POT", medical marijuana???? Did your doctor hand you a prescription for your "medical marijuana" or was it purchased from a drug dealer?

Actually my family doctor, my pain management physician, and my neurologist all orally prescribed cannabis for my condition. It is illegal to even speak of marijuana to patients in my state, yet these brave doctors risked everything to bring this to my attention. My pharmaceutical load has remained the same for 14 years without loss of effectiveness or increased dosage, because narcotic pain relievers work 3 times more effectively when combined with cannabis. My pot is grown by my caretaker.

truemirror, every word you said (in this comment and your others, aside from Vioxx) is my life, too. Fortunately I'm in CA, where medical MJ is legal. Not according to the feds, but state-wide it is. I'm getting my prescription ID in the next month or so, and won't be a CRIMINAL for treating my pain anymore.

Holy crap man....i tear up listening to your pain. I am lucky enough to have my health so far. But I smoke pot. I am SO sorry you are one of the many who are criminalized due to confusing medical mj laws. What happened to liberty, freedom, and justice. This doob I'm about to smoke goes out to you man. I admire your bravery. I to have come forward in illinois. And ask that others join us. This is the only way to win this illegal, immoral and unjust war. On the sick ,disabled and dieing Americans. We are not 2nd class citizens and have a constitutional right to use a safe earth med. That unlike narcotics & other Md's , has never killed anyone.Please people come forward.

It's okay to get drunk and smoke tobacco, both of which have documented NEGATIVE health effects (with the exception of the "wine helps your heart" thing)... but those are legal. And fun! Because they're not drugs!

...right? Ugh. I feel your pain, sir, and for fear of prosecution, I cannot say why or how I can relate to you. The Patriot Act is passed, and I don't want to risk what I already do by handing the government a confession on the internet.
