There are not very many warehouses in Slidell that can match this one. It's conveniently located near the entrance to Interstate 10 and not far from the new UNO Tech Park and Fremaux exit where hundreds of acres are about to be developed. It's not in Slidell city limits, zoned C-2 St. Tammany Commercial, has 20' eave height, is fully insulated, and has room for trailer parking. There are three overhead doors and a paint booth. Lots of parking area. Owner/agent. (Note: It's a new street, so Mapquest, Google, Yahoo and this site, etc. usually take you to the wrong location.
