  • There aren't enough superlatives to describe this performance, and the instrument on which it is played.

With this marvelous example of color and character in an organ, why, oh why can't present day builders voice an instrument with the skill and beauty Gabler has given us?

Have you noticed how modern day organs in their specifications and voicing are so homogenous ?

Give us a reason, Mr. Organ Builder to come hear your instrument versus the one down the road.

  • Wonderful interpretation. Nice registrations. Pleasant tempi.

  • magic of sound ...

  • if you can understand the music you will know that this organ is speaking

  • Wenn Sie die Musik verstehen kann man wissen, dass spricht Orgel

  • Bella e Dolce

  • The palette displayed here by the registration changes is one of the most remarkable things I have ever heard.

The queerly oscillating shades of crimped vibrato is a supernatural achievement by this maker. What seperates this maker from most others in my mind is not his skill- of which there is plenty- but rather the clarity and specificity of his vision. Simply incredible to midwife the souls of all these ghouls into this realm from the invisible cosmos!
