if you warp at about 55 seconds (a moment that koopa is goaling)in racing, timer won't stop even koopa goals.
so you can win whenever you goal :P

koopa race of hacks is sooo glitchy...

LOL I have an issue on this one where koopa get stuck on that steep slope, I've already won but hes stuck on that bit near the big mushroom. I may actually have to restart and do this to win
