it is not a bad method... if you have a graphics heavy game and most of your game is not running on layer 1, then using layers for parallax scrolling can give you horrible lag.
the method mentioned above is your best option for detailed games.

its a backdrop that moves slower than the foreground. This is the method he uses, apparently.

Você precisa colocar: "Left Frame*0.x"

this is bad method..... you can use LAYERS and set coefficients to for example 0.5, this is much easier. Thx.
