Please people don't fall to the trap of some self serving prist, even so called father of the church (you know who I am talking about). It is about time to save our Ethiopian Tewahedo from these kind of destraction...Say no and stay true to your haymanot...it is our time the young generation to stay guard from people who use the church for their own personal fame in America and using it for retirement purpose...God Bless Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo we will win at the end God willing...

In as much as we should thank God for allowing us to find refugee in His home, the loss of tradition of the Church by those who were supposed to protect it is real sad. When the Qolo Temaris were singing "Wudassie Maryam" they never needed a Piano to augment their voice, their humble love to Our Lady was enough to make the the Song a nourishment to our soul. To be children of our fathers, try to defeat your rigid ego and stop being a sellout to hijackers of the rich tradition of our Church.

IT IS VERY SAD TO HEAR OUR BEAUTIFUL MEZMUR DESTROYED IN THISE MANNER.
It is a very challenging and trial time for our church we the children of Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo must stay strong to pass this time. We shouldnt fall for a few self serving leaders who are using their influence to change how our church service conducted especially modernizing our choir.
