@hunterwood214 Not so. Been finding out that lots of ranchers prefer their dogs shaved if they have long hair and lots of them are breeding AWAY from the long hair which indicates lots of dog show influence and you really don't want to deal with burrs and stickers in long hair!

Nice dog..needs shaving down though. I hate it when people breed Aussies with long hair....the sheep are smarter than they appear because they know they're safe with the person!

Veru similar to how my Aussie/border collie mix did thi week when we did our first class! Excitement combined with an instinct. :)

I've got an aussie,and he's dynamite.even my border collie is laid back next to him.What a fabulous breed.Fun, Intelligent,cany, and loving!!
