In this video Subodh Gupta, author of the book "Understanding Indian Culture and Bridging Communication Gap" has explained about the gender bias issue in Indian society and Indian Business Organisations.
deviating from this context..I would like to speak about gender bias when it comes to chamchagiri and supporting the feminine gender even if it is evident who does all the sarcasm
in almost every culture i know of there is always a a bigger preference for boys over girls unfortunately it sad that girls tend to suffer because of this
its a self destructive behavior as genetics will tell you, societies with a ratio of more women to men have a higher chance of continuing to on. A world where there are more women to men would subsequently lead to more women in areas such as business. I would rather live in a society where there is more women than men,on a global scale. Not only will it encourage more understanding it would make men strive to be better in order to find mates.
Guptaji, looks like it is a cheap book without much substance. Your relying on newspapers and magazines for evidence for your claims is not correct approach. These sources could be biased for instance.
