  • If you have thrown a shot to the body in sparring then it will be the exact same thing. The finish of your punch will be lower, for example, when you throw an uppercut to the body the emphasis of the punch should be at the height of your ribcage. and depending on your style you will also want to get lower in your stance so that your head is less exposed. When you shadowbox punches to the body you want to set up head shots first, then go to the body, and then move, or come back to the head.

  • Good stuff man. I watch your videos every day and apply it to my training at home. I won my first bout last week and I like to think you helped me out a lot with that win, so thank you for all the time you put into your vids.

  • @caseyrmma365 That's awesome news! an MMA bout or boxing? Just know that it was you who decided to step up to fight, so regardless of any help you get, you gotta give yourself 100% for taking that big step.

  • hey man i hope you can answer this question: how do i fight against an opponent that doesnt stop throwing punches?? he has no technique but he just throws hooks straight punches uppers non-stoping so how do i move?? how do i fight an opponent like that?

  • @elchacal31 Sorry, it took me so long to get back to you, I answer this question here at my blog, look for the link in the video description and look for the post on Machine Gun Punchers in December. Thanks to you for asking the question!

  • man nice video again,

  • another great video bro, its insane how many boxers neglect head movement in their fight game, man when im watching fights and i see some one getting beat bad i just wanna scream what the fuck is your corner telling you!? i hear coaches saying shit like "u gotta pick it up" or "youre gonna lose hes hitting you" instead of telling them what theyre doing wrong and point out the opponents weaknesses, who do u have winning the Ward Vs Froch fight tonight? i say Ward wins by UD

  • excellent stuff. Learning. Keep it coming bro

  • I take my shadowboxing seriously but I've noticed, I have no clue how to shadowbox blows to the body. To the head alright no problem. But to the body, And I realy now noticed how I've improved so much on High throws, but I lack of good training models towards the body. Do you which is a good inside fighter have some models of how to think, how to train how to do body blows? ~from sweden

  • @tripleVVV3 It was boxing. second round KO. And thank you. But still I used a lot of what you've shared with everyone here on youtube, so I must give gratitude when it's due.Keep inspiring bro. I know I'll continue to watch.
