It is a hot air balloon. Of a giant bear head. With a basket at the bottom. They have balloon races all over bc. I am 100% sure on this. You can look up hot air balloon pics and it should come up with different design's of balloons, so smoke another and laugh at your UFO's. Lmfao!

Yet anouther case of drunk Newfie with a cam. I'm Newfie so I know this all to well. I think ( Not 100% on this) But what I think your seeing is one of the pride float ballons making an escape or just anouther reason to point in the sky and drink ourselves under the table. But not a UFO. Although, knowing my brethren well, I bet they do belive it is one and will be telling their grand children about it one day. So...ya.
