I agree with this for sure.
It might be the lighting or something, but you definitely don't look any less than 8% BF. If you say you're as low as 5%, we'd be seeing striations and much more vascularity.

did you do squats and deadlifts over this period? if so, how much of an increase did you see? good results!

@sakelee You don't get a mass increase without squats and deadlifts. PERIOD. I saw a very significant increase in both, over 100lbs.

@matthieus2 Yes, you HAVE TO eat a lot of bulk up. Getting a bigger and better body lies in 90% nutrition and 10% training. Lots of protein, lots of good fats.
