CNMI-DPS-PSA-Boating Safety "Do's and Dont's"

Saipan is an island and a lot of people like to be on the water there. Of course people should know the basics about boating and safety but sometimes they have to be reminded, like in Lake Havasu. Because the DPS liked my work I was able to sign another contract with them from the Boating Safety section of the police department. I created a series of 3 public service announcements for them and among those was this one that covered the most important aspects of boating safety. Life jackets were the theme but everything else is just as important. Again I couldn't have completed this spot without the help of Jerry Talosig, he is a great graphic artist.
