Green City Market kicked off its first time year round market! Chicago's Green City Market opened it's 10th year and the 2009 season with a pork event that drew almost 1,000 people. Seven of Chicago's great chefs came together to put on a pork event. Saturday, January 17, 2009: Snout to Tail, showcased Green City Market Pork.
