  • very useful, that's just what i was looking for to describe the station in my sci-fi story...thanx! (story takes place in 1954 but i guess things haven't changed that much architecturally)

  • BTW: i'm still looking for some good pics of NYC back in 1954 (streets, places, interiors, people)in the net but haven't found any so fare...any idea?

    i'm about half-way in my sci-fi story ("memphis to infinity") and, at the moment, the protagonist is stuck back in a weird 1954 in columbus, heading for pittsburgh by a rented car and then to new york by plane----I found your pic particularly useful as i had to describe the protagonist's
