New American Mortgage is changing the industry standard in the ways a buyers loans are processed and are proving their ability to get buyer loans through to the Underwriting Department in the "beginning stages" of the loan process for loan approval. They have been impressing clients, Realtors, and the closing law firms by submitting the buyer loan closing packet ready for closing within practically 7 days of the closing date. Now that's impressive!

New American Mortgage's vision is outside" the box" and their loan process is not the typical loan process among lenders in the industry but it's the smart way. For example, the normal process is a loan officer takes your loan application and collects a few documents he anticipates the Underwriting Department may need to give final approval. In most cases, the Underwriter never picks up your file until days before closing because they are processing other buyer loans that are closing before you. It's the sit and wait game and praying the Underwriters will approve your loan and not request additional documentation being days away from closing which can cause delayed closings.
