  • @LORDLAGOS - What nonsense. I had never heard of Led Bib when I saw a passing mention of them in a review of a Portico Quartet album. I investigated, and find them to be marvellous. No peer pressure, no "forcing myself to like". I have ears, I do not act under "duress" or peer pressure. The sad thing is that you, like a multitude of philistines before you, hate the fact that some people have the capacity to enjoy art which is so far beyond your grasp that you don't even realise that it is art.

  • Try acquiring talent... Your music is reminiscent of a truly awful painting, despised by the art media and 90% of critics, which they had to force themselves to like as a well-respected critic lavished praise upon it. Anyone with ears can tell that this 'music' which you create is appaling. Anyone who claims to actually enjoy this is clearly acting under peer duress, as with said painting.

  • This is an amazing band - cracking rhythm section .... When you hear the saxes solo (listen to them on some of the other Youtube postings), the classic jazz 'nice' cliche never sounded so wrongly applied. This music is aggressive and twenty-first century and relevant. And you'd be a real idiot not to notice that a 40 second 'cover' of the news theme by a serious band is evident of a sense of humour. Surely you noticed the humour? Surely?

  • it is in tune u noob

  • I agree with the other poster... Tune the fuckin Sax!! That sounded utter shite!

  • tune the fuckin sax

  • It's often called "post jazz", but this is strongly redolent of prog rock and fusion 40 years ago. It's kind of Soft Machine with a sense of humour and funny noises.

  • Nice
