Seeing as we haven't been able to get to training this week I got my Chris Zinc A-z Jumping out (as Rum had been knocking poles at Newton Heath) and set up some sequences.

  • wow!!! great dogs and great training!!! can i ask you a question? when should i start agilty training_?( i have 3 months old amstaff and i realy want to traing him in this way)

  • WoW! Your dogs have great control on the jumps!

We're in training for agility at the moment, but are having troble with jumps. We have a dali and a border who have been doing flyball for the last 2-3 years. Since the jumps are always spaced the same at flyball, they got used to that spacing and are now having trouble jumping different arangements (highter, shorter distances etc).

Would you have any tips for making them pay attention and judging different jump arangements?

    Thankyou

  • Your dogs are awesome and beautiful! The music sounded like it was made for the video! I love your little Collie! 10 out of 10 for me!

  • I am training my little Sammy

obedience right now :) With a

    few little jumps thrown in.

I was planning on training at home

since I don't want to pay for

    a trainer, lol. Well, I don't have

    much money anyways ;)

  • Its great that your entrested in Agility! Yes, to start Agility your dog needs to know basic obedieance. But its all pretty simple (Sit, Down, Stay, Heel L&R, and come.) You could probly train at home, that's what I did! :o)
