First let me say thank you Rob, for your excellent youtube vids. I have had insomnia for years now. My ambien isn't working nearly as well as it used to and I have anxiety that keeps me up at night even in addition to the ambien. Your videos are perfect to get into that relaxed, before bed mindset. I decided to give you back something for the help. went out and bought sleep waves 2,3 and 4 last night on amazon, and would highly recommend them to anyone here. go get them ppl, only 99 cents

Thank you so much for taking the time to make these for me they are life changing and i find support in your videos. My only suggestion is that have you ever thought about doing a video for people like myself who are very uncomfortable with getting into a relaxed state I actually go through panic before being able to calm down. Would love it if you could do something for this and for people who have been through trauma. Would love to hear your thoughts from snowy Itally! Thanks Again x

Ohh finally a new video :D! I thought you had forgotten Youtube or something. Thx alot for new video, this is definitly my favorite series. Im going to enjoy it tonight :). Just so you know, i use your video every night. I've used episode 2 like five times and whispering episode 10-11 like five times :). Keep posting this makes me smile :D. Im going on vacation to Thailand in 6 days and i will bring my Ipod there so i can listen to you at nights there too :D.
