@Midnightryder7 All GoGo bars and in many Beerbars the girls working have numbers, to show they belong to the bar and to make it easier to call one down to sit with you. You just tell the Mamasan what "number" you like and she'll get her for you! They also use the number system to separate the girls easier, when they put up their ladydrinks, pingpong ball and barfine commissions. Many girls might have the same nickname but different numbers!

@Mtbfanro About AIDS, yes it's rampant down here, although rarely talked about it's always lurking in the background! Always use a condom during sex with unknown people and you should be pretty safe! Not only HIV but lot's of Chlamydia and NSU and a few Gonorrhéa as well! Not to forget Genital Herpes and Molluscum contagiosum and other little nasty things! So always "buckle up" !

@ThaiMoonWalker couldnt agree more, I visited 10 years ago now and miss it the people and the smiles so much, I have travelled all over europe and have still not found anywhere that even compares to the thai peoples hospitality, friendliness, warmth, the stunning places to visit the food the extra mile they go for you I could go on n on, am saving for a trip there in 2012 with friends for more of the same im sure if anything its even better than 10 years ago :) nice vids thanks 4 sharing.
