Welcome to the SOL-O Swim-Off!

SOL-O has is now developing the only real swimming engine for Vice City, so we're putting the new work-in-progress SOL-O swimming engine up against what we believe may be called the 'No Sink Mod' available at http://www.gtagaming.com/downloads/gta-vice-city/misc-mods/18 which is the modification closest to enabling swimming in Vice City up to now.

Let's get this swim-off started!

@tomczas91 This will be a feature in the online builds for now, but we are not going to say that a stand-alone version won't be in order for the future. We'll see how the demand is for the swimming before making a decision.

@manuelklass Our developer preview will be released on January 22, 2012.  We are projecting a final version release within the first semester of 2012.
