To prepare yourself to sing this song: 1)imagine the most desolate, destroyed city you can think of and multiply that times ten 2)add piles of trash and shit trenches 3) imagine people living in trash dumps with houses built out of gasoline canisters 4) imagine a raid on the wrong house, oops the HVT was in the house beside, we got our man 5)first and foremost, this song is not about the singer. The message is somber and retrospective--even bitter if you read into it enough. Good luck and peace.

@SamsonandJarlath its your strumming pattern, to happy, to bouncy. That's why it seems more on the pop side. People don't realize how much of a difference it makes and this is a perfect example.

That song was supposed to show pain some of the shit they go threw but u made it sound like an 80s pop song it sounded good u got skill but u should have kept to its roots and not straid away

@ZomieEater srry if it seems that way to you, but i cant stand pop one bit, and i'm shocked that it seems like that genre to you, cuz i really tried to sing it with the feeling it was written with. i dont see nothing poppy bout it.
