  • So fascinating that Rush Limbaugh was just coming on to the scene when this movie came out. Beck was a young, coke headed morning zoo host trying to emulate the Imus model. Stern was moving up to the top of the ladder, and Alan Berg had been killed why White Nationalists just four years prior. And the industry being critiqued here wasn't even a consolidated magacorporation with undead cookie cutter hosts like it is today. But somehow, this movie seems even more relevant today.

  • Amazing payoff scene in a great film.

  • Alex Jones.

    Howard Stern.

  • A masterpiece of a movie scene.

  • This film really nails what is the single greatest conflict at the heart of modern day America - the bible thumping conservative who is deadly afraid that commie and nigger loving jews have taken over the country and will do anything to stop it. Probably Stone's best flick.

  • I still think Bogosian overacted in it. Although it was too adult for me when it came out.......it makes much more sense today. Its supposed to be based on Alan Berg, but I dont see it.

  • One of the great rants of American cinema, and a natural successor to Peter Finch in Network, made all the more poignant by its basis on a real life. More notewothy this is mostly a single shot - which speaks not only to Bogosian's ability as a film actor but as writer and performer of the Pulitzer-nominated play on which this was based, It seems a shame that his film career outside this story hasn't done him the justice that this scene does.

  • The red neck caller named Chet in this movie is Wilson from Home Improvement.

  • THE TRUTH YOU NEED TO HEAR....THE OTHER RIVER..........BACKWARDS.........ABDITO

  • great great movie
