Actually in this clip we're not training for MMA per ser, but to apply our chosen art, in this case, Ving Tsun, in a more combat sport-oriented setting. This ensures that we can still apply concepts and principles from our arts, instead of abandoning them and falling into a generalized, kickboxing-esque fight plan.
