Could it be that your trophies of GTA IV are locked? I had this problem and couldnt get any trophy. I started a new game and everything was okay.

This achievement is piece of piss! Easiest way to get it, I've just done it, get a can there, there should be 3 choppers, go in each one, as soon as it says 'press A to skip' do it, you can skip them all. After the third one, fly the chopper back to your crib, save the game, get back in the chopper and fly to helitours. There will be 3 choppers there again, tour the remaining two you haven't flown and skip them both. As soon as you land after the 5th and exit the chopper the achievement will po
