Mark Jackson

Mark Jackson is a retired American professional basketball player who played point guard for the New York Knicks, Indiana Pacers, Los Angeles Clippers, Denver Nuggets, Toronto Raptors, Utah Jazz, and Houston Rockets in the NBA in a career spanning from 1987 to 2004. He was previously an NBA analyst for The YES Network's New Jersey Nets games but recently quit, there was a rumor stirring up of him replacing Isiah Thomas as the new Knicks Head Coach, but then Suns coach Mike D'Antoni filled the spot. Jackson still works as a color commentator for ESPN and ABC alongside his former coach Jeff Van Gundy.

I love Mark Jackson's work. He helped revitalize the Knicks in the 80's. Then Al Bianchi and John Macleod tried to screw him over. The Knicks should have kept him. Was not quick, not a great jumper, not a great shooter, not a great defender, whatever. What mark Jackson could do was play. I hope he does well for the Warriors but I would love to see him some day as the Knicks coach.
