fp means fixed pitch/ cp means collective pitch this refers to the head blades of the helicopter fp are like a propeller and cant be adjusted cp can give a positive pitch and a negative pitch and can adjust

this is collective pitch ,not fixed pitch so it is able to fly upside down it means the main blades are flat and then tilt to make lift .(pitch control) just like the real thing
