Richard Dawkins Struggles to Remember "Origin of the Species" Title Against Rev Giles Fraser.

According to Dawkins' own logic, failing to remember the title of Darwin's book proves he's not a true evolutionist. He eventually got the last 3rd, full title is: "On the Origin of Species by Means of Natural Selection, or the Preservation of Favoured Races in the Struggle for Life"! Dawkins claims he was "ambushed", despite already saying "yes" to whether he could remember it!

Will he do better against The Archbishop of Canterbury? Or, indeed, will the Archbishop of Canterbury treat Dawkins like Dawkins treated William Lane Craig? Watch:

Not only he didn't mention "BY MEANS OF NATURAL SELECTION" which is the key agent of evolutionary change! But, note his pathetic speech disfluency in an attempt to correct his (self-contradicting) tongue slip ("Uh, GOD!" at 00:39)

Its pathetic bcoz he was talking about a survey suggesting 2/3 of Christians don't know the title of the 1st book of the NT, when he himself (world most renowned evolutionist/biologist) was unable to recall the title (not subtitle) of the most widely known & provocative embodiment of evolutionary biology! Further, u don't seem to be aware of the exquisite irony here! The fact that he invoked a god he doesn't believe in is definitly an indication that he's repressing some innate belief in God :')

As a Christian, I agree with Richard Dawkins on this. Strange though it seems.

Jesus in the gospels is very clear on who is and who isn't a Christian. A Christians is one who believes in Jesus and everything He taught.

If you deny Christ, you are not a Christian by definition.

If you deny the virgin birth, you are not a Christian.

If you deny the resurrection, you are not a Christian. If you deny the core teachings of who Jesus is in the NT such as the Son of God, you are NOT Christian.

hey, it is clear that Dawkins shot himself in the foot here. He has an extremely high self regard for himself and his opinion which often actually encloses him from open mindedness and attacks fundamentalist when he himself is a fundamentalist of sorts. I hate the line when he said "it's like believing in the easter bunny". There is evidence out there, a lot of evidence, extremely powerful evidence if you want to believe in Christianity. Comparing it to fairy tales is patronising and offensive.
