gilera gsm revving rupture

my gilera gsm was giving starting problems and then i put in a new sparking plug but ... it wont rev up clean - my friend revved it up as hard as he cud an i took this vid clip.
there was lots and lots of thick smoke and also black oil coming out the exhaust and going all over the garage floor, so i had to put the green back over the back to catch the oil - it even sprayed all over the garage door!.

not sure where all the oil is coming from!
