It is possible. With MI P55-T36 motherboard, Sparkle GTS250 LowProfile 1Gb and super small PSU. Also You need to remove radiator from GPU and use Aqua Cooling. I've build similar PC last mouth.

Tell that to laptop gamers. Not only that, realize it's not a gamer's case. You must be a gamer or someone who doesn't know why you would get a small case.
