This is my drill instructor from bootcamp, Parris Island. Marine Corps Recruit Depot. Staff Sargeant Pires, one mean mother fucker.

I deployed with him in 2007. He was cool as a hell and I never heard him raise his voice at anyone. But at promotion cermonys you could see the drill instructor come out.
