you must have misunderstood me i am a black man i was talking about the white pilots who were suppose to protect the bombers the movie made it seem like the white pilots were chasing glory and thats why they were leaving the bombers unprotected but the first movie about the tuskegee air men tells the truth because it show how the white pilots were scared and leaving the bombers and thats why the tuskegee air men were brought in

Hi guys.
Im from Portugal, and i really dont get racism in the USA...
My father fought in Angola (1963-1967), half of is platoon (Airborne) was made up of black guys from Angola, is best friend was black (past way recentely), they shared everything, fought together, and became best friends after the war.
Im also Aiborne, we have black, white, indian, chinese, and we just call each other Portuguese, doesnt matter were you come from or the color of your skin.
We just dont like guys from Spain...
Let it be known to all that read these words..bigots and non-bigots alike..never have we had in the anals of history, a group of braver men. These incredibly brave African American warriors were laughed at, mocked, even physically beaten by their own white countrymen. They endured all this yet prevailed to serve their country! So racists, bow your heads in shame! For we shall never see the likes of these extraordinary supermen ever again... the legendary elite warriors... The Tuskegee Airmen!

I can not stand it any longer. You people spewing hate can go to hell. Anyone, and I mean anyone that has put on the uniform of our nations military is my brother, I do not give a shit what color the person is, met two of the RedTail pilots when I was in Cleveland, terrific human beings, proud of their service, as they should be. Anyone that has faced battle is my brother or sister, anyone that wants to comment negatively to this post can go to hell. If you have not served shut up, or enlist.
